Eligibility for Returns
Ready-Made Products:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Custom-Designed Products:
Custom-designed products are non-returnable unless:
The item has a manufacturing defect.
The item was damaged during shipping.
There is a printing error not matching the approved design.
Brand Creation Orders:
Bulk orders are non-returnable unless they meet the conditions for custom products listed above.
How to Request a Return
Contact Us:

Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Send Photos (if applicable):
For damaged or defective products, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
Return Authorization:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Inspection Process:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Refund Processing:
Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions
Items that are worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns requested beyond 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
